It has a red cover and is 5 3/4" x 2 3/4".
It is used, my dad wrote his name in the front.
The back cover is taped on.
It is in fair condition,the pages have yellowed slightly from time and a few are dogeared.
The first picture distorts the color, it is the color of the last picture.
