This is a chopper that is made of plastic and metal.
It is the kind you push up and down.
There are silver metal plates in accordian style in the top.
I am not sure if this is stainless steel or tin.
The bottom screws on.
Bottom also has a rubber lid.
The bottom bowl is clear plastic and the rest is white plastic.
Bowl is 3 1/4" in diameter 1-2 cup size
Top is 7" high and 3 1/2" in diameter at the bottom.
2" diameter at the top.
There are no chips, cracks or breaks.
The bowl has surface scratches inside from use.
The top has a couple of red spots and black marks.
I am not sure what it is from.
They are not large and not real noticable.
I do not know the brand and it does not say.
